What size and how many feeding places should my Placemat for Cat Dinnerware have?
The size, i.e. whether 180, 200, 220 or 420, depends on the size of the Katzenteller für Katzen® (Cat Plate for Cats) and Trinkschale für Katzen (Drinking Bowl for Cats) used (see: size advice cat plate / size advice drinking bowl). For a size 180 dinnerware/drinking bowl ensemble, select size 180 for your Premium Silicone Placemat. For a size 200 dinnerware/drinking bowl set, select size 200 for your placemat. And so on and so forth. This ensures that all distances, such as the distance from the edge of the plate to the overflow edge, are optimised for your cat.
The number of feeding places is naturally a very difficult subject, as there are about as many feeding philosophies as there are cat owners. You could of course argue: Quite simply, take as many feeding places as you have cats plus 1 for the drinking bowl. But unfortunately it's not that simple.
