How long does it take until I receive my order?

Due to our commitment to sustainability and the elaborate, manufactory-production of our premium products, the delivery time can take up to 15 working days.

What if the expensive items arrive broken?

The premium products from Albanine & Knuffl® are of course sent in beautiful, secure premium packaging. Nevertheless, something can go wrong. In this case, you will of course receive a replacement immediately. And it goes without saying that you will not incur any additional costs. Albanine & Knuffl® supplies first-class products and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your online purchase.

What if my cat or cats don't like the things?

Albanine & Knuffl® delivers top quality products and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your online purchase. That's why we offer a full refund or store credit within 30 days if the product doesn't meet your expectations, your cat doesn't like it or you simply change your mind. However, this does not apply to personalised Katzenteller für Katzen® (Cat Plates for Cats).

How does a return work?

Simply send a short email to mail@albanine-knuffl.com. You will immediately receive a DHL return label, also by e-mail. Then send the items back to us in their original packaging as far as possible.
